At Pickleball Nation, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused equipment. Whether the paddle grip isn't right or the apparel doesn't fit, we are committed to getting you back on the court with the right tools.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the equipment shows no signs of court wear or damage.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
